"I have been at coming to Kay for the past year and i love it! To be honest i come when i have an event that i need to get ready for and K snatches me in 5 session to perfect shape! I always buy the 10 pack so she can do my torso and back and then all my legs from and back all in one day! I stay consistent 2x week and boom cellulite is gone!!! I hate to say it but I have cellulite that always seems to want to come back when I slack at the gym and when I come to Kay she slaps it off my body! I love all the girls that work there and the salon is super clean which is a big thing for me! Kay is always on time which is super important to me as well! "If you just had lipo or bbl DO NOT COME HERE! I decided to go to Snatched By Kay before I was 3 weeks post op Lipo 360/bbl to receive lymphatic massages. I was seeing a woman by the name of Josline. Josline was trained by Kassanda. Josline started off massaging my back and everything was fine then she starts using a tool that was not appropriate for someone early on in recovery. Lastly, Josline starts using Cavitation on my body. That night I ended up in the ER. I was sick for about 2 months and very swollen. After consulting with other women who are familiar with cavitation I was told that cavitation should not have been used on my body so soon after my bbl and that it was way to much for my body to handle. I experienced ptsd because of this situation and lost 4 pounds right after it happened! I wish I never went to Snatched by Kay salon. My recovery was going so well before coming here and after experiencing this it set me so far back in my recovery. For a total of 2 months I was in and out of the hospital. Snatched by Kay should not be allowed to touch the bodies of those who are fresh out of bbl surgery. They are absolutely NOT EXPERIENCED!!!"
