"Prices are decent for room reservation, considering that you don’t have to pay per song. Facilities are pretty dated and the dim lighting doesn’t help. Very old school method of having to write songs on a slip of paper and giving them to the front desk in order to play songs."

"Do Not Go Here! I called yesterday evening to get a quote for a company get together for the biggest room. The gentleman who answered said that he does not have to prices on hand and that the owner comes back in an hour and will call me back with the prices. The owner called me back and advised me that it’s $575 dollars for 4 hours in the 50 people Room. Mind you this is a Monday not a weekend and this is also not during the holidays. He began to ask if I was 40 years of age. I told him no I am 32 however there will be people there that are 40+ years of age. He then replied grumpy saying “you need to be 40 to check in. I told him that’s the first time I’m hearing about having to be 40 to check in and asked him why. He replied “because you 30 year olds can’t handle and I’ve been doing this for years, find someone 40+ and call me back”. This is age discrimination especially for a business and even more so Krazy Karaoke which is right around the corner would only cost us 200 dollars for the 4 hours for the same damn thing! I’ve always been a repeat customer at HMC however this situation turned me into a dissatisfied one. I’m surprised with tat type of attitude and regulations that they’re still open for business. Shame on YOU!"

"Awesome service, gentleman with ponytail was great! Flew over from Hilo cause my mom had to go dr. Wanted to take her karaoke, Everywhere else had ridiculous prices. In between us choosing songs, to keep our vibe going, he would play a song from the genre we were vibing. Can bring outside food and drinks, just no alcohol. My mom has been in the best health, so we trynna do things to lift her spirits. She didn't wanna leave, got me teary eyed. THANK YOU!!!"

"I’m not usually one to leave a negative review. However, I hope that the owner will see this and will make adjustments to your policy regarding the age you have to be in order to reserve their largest room that fits 40 people. When I called to get pricing, I was immediately asked what was my age. (This caught me off guard) I gave the gentleman my age and he replied “oh you have to be 40yrs old to rent this room. All you can rent is a room that fits 25 people.” (My mind was blown away)I have never been discriminated against my age. I understand if this was a bar that had a strict age requirement. However this a karaoke Business. He wouldn’t even give me the price of the room. I could have very well had my husband who is over 40yrs old call back to get the pricing. However, this isn’t a business that I would like to support unfortunately. There are a lot of responsible adults who are under the age of 40yrs old. I hope that this owner will review this policy and will in the future make an adjustment to their policy and accommodate the younger adults. I politely told the gentleman man “Thank you and have a good evening”."
