"while not the most authentic in terms of flavours it still gets 5 stars for the massive portions, best value in Waikiki"
"What a fantastic experience! After just arriving in Hawaii and checking in at a nearby hostel, I decided to look for some food and this food truck is what caught my eye. I got the yellow curry with chicken and it was to die for. There is a Thai restaurant back where I'm from and my friends and I always rave about how good it is, but I swear the curry from this food truck has 2x the flavor of any Thai curry I have ever had before. Rice was a perfect compliment to the curry as well. For $17, you get a ton of delicious food. The woman working the food truck was also extremely kind and friendly. Would highly recommend!"
"Thai food truck located near the beach. It is tucked in an alley with other food trucks. I had ordered the pad thai and papaya salad. I asked for both to be spicy when making the order. Both came out mild. The pad thai lacked the balance of flavors usually found in thai food. It could use more fish sauce and tamarind paste. The papaya salad also could use more fish sauce and a bit more sweetness. They give you a puck that buzzes when your food is ready. So that is convinient. Extra charges for utensils and using a credit card."
"The Pad Thai was very good and authentic. The portion sizes are massive though, I could easily make two meals out of my one order. The only thing is that it took pretty long for my order to be prepared (about 10min)."
"We stayed at Hyatt for a week and seen this truck open for maybe a couple of days so decided to try and got pad thai and papaya salad, my husband liked the noodles but they were not the authentic pad thai that I'm used to, papaya salad was just OK, portions are small for the price"
