"DONT BUY ANYTHING!!!!!! I Purchased 3 power cases at $100 each and a portable solar charger at $100. The total for the day was $400 + tax. I was told the cases came with a 5 year warranty and when i upgrade my phones i could exchange the case at no charge. I figured that was a great selling point. Later 2 cases malfunctioned, took it back and they exchanged it no problem. The other i upgraded my phone so i went and exchanged it out for a case for my new phone...no problem. The case is now malfunctioning and its been 14 months since the original purchase and they say their warranty policy changed and now you have to go to the manufacturers website and use a warranty card to replace your case. The warranty card is for you to replace your case and is for $50. The case that i need to replace is $80 on the manufacturer's website. So i told NET Electronics that i shouldnt be paying for the replacement and they tell me that the $30 is for the shipping. I know how to do math...if the case is $80 and the warranty card is $50, you cant tell me that its for shipping. So, bottom line the company doesnt keep their word. If you're changing your warranty policy, you need to change it so people who bought items prior keep the warranty that you sold them on and people who bought stuff after the policy date change would have to follow the new policy and procedures."
"Gave me supposed free screen protector but wasn't even for my phone and was crooked. They removed my factory cover screen for my Galaxy S10+ and gave me a Pixel 3 XL screen protector that covered my cameras. Tried to sell me a 5000mah case for $120. Do not trust."
"I purchased the RLX power case and headphones last year and I love them. The case lasts me two days without charging my phone and is great when I’m traveling. The warranty and customer service have also been helpful and very nice when I need anything. The headphones have great sound and range and are holding up much better than my Bose headphones that I paid over $500 for. Would recommend and will definitely be purchasing again as gifts for the holidays."
"My wife and I bought two cases for our phones while we were in Hawaii ( the one with batteries in them), the cases worked very well and we really love them. They said that the cases were guaranteed for two years and I could get a new case when I bought a new phone, which I just did about four months after I bought the first case. I contacted them, they told me to send in the old case and they sent me a new case for my new phone and it’s working great. I love these cases especially when you’re traveling in the airports and you can’t find any charging stations!"
"I would give this business 0 stars if I could. The reviews here are spot on and sound very familiar to what my 85yr old mother went through. They really took advantage of her by luring her in . A female sales person said that she'd put a screen protector on for no charge. After they throw the bait they lure you in and get you to buy products that are not compatible and /or defective. No refunds, just credit so they can keep your money. Then when cell case fell apart she went back to Net Electronics could not believe they wanted to charge her $10 for taking the defective product back. Paying $50 for a cheaply made case that falls apart is a big time rip off! I've never heard of a business that charges you $10 to take back a defective product that they sold to you! Better off going to Amazon or a reputable local owned business. This shopping ctr does nothing to protect customers from these predators when a complaint is made.. No Aloha means No Business... They Suck!"
