"Today I went into the store to go shopping for my moms Christmas gift! I was greeted by an an unpleasant male associate! He basically told me to get out of the store! This store location is very discriminating towards customers! Based on there previous reviews below, locals can’t shop here base on how they look!!! I also brought it up to the Assistant manager. “Kristy” which sounded like she doesn’t care, and is also part of this discriminating scheme that’s going on at this Ala Mona location"

"Not very welcoming... no "good afternoon" or anything else, tried to force me to put on hand sanitizer without asking, and secured the doors behind me. I was there to buy a $2,000 suit and changed my mind due to their behavior. It's better to spend that money on a tailored option elsewhere with better service. I've been to Prada in Italy and other countries with far superior treatment."

"I’ve delivered altered clothes here for over 20 years, since I was a kid. While visiting family in 2019 I decided to help my mom again and make some deliveries. Came to Prada hoping to see friendly face but was greeted by people I’ve never seen, which is fine. Delivered the item and the manager decided to check to see if there were any items for me to pick up. She had a tattoo on her forearm, which I thought was progressive for these high end places, but then she tells her associate to watch me. There were no other people in the store, I was patiently waiting at the entrance, what was there to watch. I honestly hope these high end stores go out of business."
