"The store is unkept, hot and humid, cluttered, and has limited selections. It looked like an old second-hand store. While we were there the owner was buying old gold and silver from people. The sellers and owner sat at and covered up two display cases with old gold and silver. We felt like we were in a pawn shop. This should've tipped us off but.....We ordered some Hawaiian Heritage jewelry. We were told the order should reach us in about six weeks. After eight weeks I called the store several times, was always told that the owner would look into the delay and call me, but it took him weeks - very unprofessional. I finally received the order after another month. I will never shop at this store again and will never refer it to anyone."
