"First timers here. My friend and I ordered our beverages but the barista was obviously not feeling the love during his shift. He was not very kind. As a customer, when you didn't understand what was asked of you, you wanted it repeated. The barista seemed frustrated that when he repeated himself, he talked to us like toddlers: sloooow and with emphasis each word using exaggerated lip movements. Man, we speak your language!!! My friend and I just laughed it off about this experience but it was really a bad PR. Our bad experience translated into bad tasting ultra sweet beverages but because we wanted to sit down and enjoy the AC inside the store, we lingered. Not coming back to this Starbucks location."
"I love my cappuccino! It was really dry like I like. Kind of dirty though for a Starbucks. Received egg bites instead of the wrap I ordered but they fixed it and gave me the egg bites for free."
