"Great rum and staff! We showed up a little late to our 10am rum tasting and were thankful that they still took us in. Quick little 25 min tasting, 4-5 samples, definitely worth it. We picked up the chocolate rum, best I’ve tasted. It’s got a dark chocolate taste instead of the typically ultra sweet chocolate rum."

"Nice experience with a mix of tastings. They rotate the more special or unique one in the day of the week. Was just the perfect amount of rum lubrication and history over a 30-minute period to provoke intrigue and send you directly into the adjacent gift shop to make purchases. Quality rum and classy logo with nice products as gifts to bring home."

"Beautiful establishment with nice friendly staff and great gift store. They have a little faux distillery mock display setup. I actually touring places that let you see the actual process. With the tastings tho a little bit disappointing. Depending on what day you go you get a varied selection. Will disclose I am a bit of a rum connoisseur. I’ll take some great rum anytime an aged rum over an aged scotch any day. Their basic rums are ok, the coffee one was pretty good and the chocolate one was fantastic! The one that lacked a bit of luster was their aged rum reserve of 5 years. Their big bottle is $125 and their little 50ml is $15. So I got the small one which I’m glad I did. They did say it had a bourbon taste & they were correct which to their discredit takes away from being a great rum and for that price isn’t where it should be in my opinion. I’ve had quite a few delicious rums aged twice as long that kept their rum distinctness and for about half the price. Neat little setup with a bit of their history but nothing to in depth."

"We absolutely loved it! Our rum tasting was awesome. The host was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of history behind everything. He also shared some great recipes that I would love to share, but I will not be sharing the photos of his recipes. I feel that would take away from experiencing it yourself. They have other things to do on the property as well. For instance, restaurants, candy shop (fresh made taffy), boutique shop, art room, and flower shop. They also have a safari rum run ( I would recommend booking at least a week in advance)."
