"Yesterday when I called them and told them I get off of work at 3:30 and would try to make it, they said they would stay open till 4:15pm for me to make it. I headed on my way yesterday and made it more than halfway when it was already 4:15 so I cut my losses and went back home. At 4:45 or so they called us and asked where we were. So I explained why I turned around because they said the LATEST they can take me is 4:15, not 4:30 Today both me and my partner requested to leave at 3pm from work to complete registration and they told us they were open till 4:30 TODAY vs yesterday at 4:15 I arrived and set an appointment for the dmv and she said there are 6 people in front of you and says it's going to be a while so I went next door and I come back 10 min later and they said I missed my appointment. It's 4:33 and Janelle is nowhere to be found. Janelle came back at around 4:38 and said we missed our appointment because she thought we left and they won't take us anymore. Even though yesterday they stayed open till 4:45pm Janelle was in the front, she could see how clearly crowded it was. So if someone who she just talked to is going outside, she should at least ask them to wait inside or tell them to come back quickly. It was so busy that I didn't want to interrupt her to tell her I was going next door real quickly but I guess I should have interjected her existing conversation to let her know or be forced to be in a crowded lobby with limited seating. I just went next door for 10 min when there were 6 people in front of us and we got passed... Secondly, we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and switch insurance but 2 times I have talked to agents, Ralph and Amit and both misunderstood my request for a quote. The first time I never got it because even though i spelled my name phonetically, it got inputed incorrectly. Will not be switching to TRIPLE AAA since they don't understand a simple request and lack communication. I just finished at the brick and mortar flamingo DMV, arrived at 4:57pm and they took care of me with extraordinary customer service. Also, yesterday when I talked to Ralph he told me I don't need to make an appointment. They clearly have walk in vs appointments noted on the DMV queue wall ..... Closing services at your personal discretion should be a no no when it comes to government services, especially when you are the ONLY TRIPle Aaa in local Las Vegas Based on Ralph's customer service, not listening skills, I was excited to be a customer of his!"

"Went to AAA after being fed up with the Flamingo DMV. The price of a membership is so worth it even if you just use the DMV option. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you for helping me get my new placards :)"

"If I could give them more stars I would! Everyone has been so helpful and patient to get my car up and running. They have gone above and beyond customer service and made my transmission giving out less of a pain. They were really good with communication which was wonderful because my car gave out in a state THAT I DON'T LIVE IN! I had all the updates and they were very understanding, especially Ken and Robert! Thank you all!"

"They lie about what their DMV services can do. Spoke to AAA on the phone, called and confirmed last minute, went there and was told that I'd be totally fine if I just bring the vehicle back then next day. Drove 45 mins there, was told they can't actually do what they sold me a membership to do. Drove 45 mins home, and cancelled and got a refund for my membership. Don't trust what they tell you they can do. I even ended up at this location only after the 2nd person I talked to let me know another location definitely can't do the DMV services - even though they claim they can. Liars wasting everyone's time."
