"We made a reservation here to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Upon making the reservation we added that it was our 50th anniversary. We arrived a few minutes early. We were not acknowledged for over 5 minutes. Nothing was said about our anniversary. We were seated in the middle of the restaurant. It was busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We ordered our food and drinks. Our salad came quickly. We watched other folks be seated, orders taken. We watched the food arrive at their tables as we continued to wait. None of the staff seemed to realize we had not received our meals. We finally asked about our entrees. It was determined that our order had gotten lost. The staff were apologetic and very nice. We were finally presented with our dinner. We were offered free dessert and coffee. We ordered a caprese salad. It was not very good. The tomatoes were crunchy as they were not ripe. I would not recommend until ripened tomatoes are available. I had the duck and my husband had the fish of the day. Both were very good. The free dessert and coffee did not make up for our disappointing experience in the celebration of our 50th anniversary."
"We had reservations here at 7 pm. We arrived a few minutes early and there was a group of four ahead of us. They were seated after a few minutes and then we waited to be seated. A few employees passed by us, no one acknowledged us or said anything to us. It was like we weren’t there. Finally, after nearly 15 minutes we left. We didn’t want to keep waiting and be further disappointed in the service."
"Bobby has been doing this for years. Never a disappointment. Fresh, local food with Aloha! Duck breast with fresh local veggies and Ono with organic greens! Oh so Ono!!! A wonderful experience!"
