"We were here a few weeks ago and asked if they do appointments in which the answer was no. We went in today to get our daughter’s ears pierced, we were already decided on what we are getting and started filling up the form, as I was finishing the form a person shows up with 5 kids and started asking their daughter on what piercings they want. As I was done with my form I was informed by the staff that this person has an appointment and they have to go first. So now, us, who already have decided what they’re getting and have filled a form have to wait for this person with an indecisive daughter to pick something, fill the form and so. We were standing there for awhile and nothing seemed to be happening. Then the spouse of this person opens the door and says don’t do it without them being present and walks out. So now, we have to wait for them to decide, fill a form and wait for the spouse to come back and the staff (and of course this inconsiderate person) did/said nothing. We probably would have been over with in a few while they decide and wait for the spouse to come back."

"Top notch experience at Claire's at Legends Mall! We came in on Sunday just after they opened to get 3 sets of piercings done. My 9 year old (first piercing), my 14 year old (second piercing), and my wife (second piercing). Keara, the assistant manager, was incredibly professional and took the time to carefully walk my girls through the procedure. She was the only one manning the store so she was also jumping back and forth helping other customers. We never felt rushed and she handled it all like a pro. Greeting each customer as they came in and thanking each one as they left, all with a smile!!! In this day and age when it's so hard to find good help it's refreshing to meet someone who actually cares about their job! Thanks for the great experience!! Matt"
