"Too bad I can't give zero stars. I decided to switch my business insurance to Cook because a close friend of mine worked there and I wanted to support him. After he left service to my account immediately went into the toilet and due to their own incompetence to my account, I had to pay $14,000 in fines over two-year policies due to them not updating my audit results. The insurance carrier placed a fine on my policy for their screw up not once but twice. After the second time, I canceled with them but am still on the hook for a $9,000 fine because Cook didn't adjust my account to the correct reported revenue. I would advise anyone to not go with this company to have them take care of your insurance needs, you'll regret it in the long run. Learn from my mistakes."
