"One of my favorite meals I look forward to eating... Cesar Salad and grilled Mahi Mahi. Off the menu now, but ordered Kahlua Fries (fries a la carte and side of Kahlua pork with aioli) thanks to a great server. Perfect lunch while at the beach."
"Arrive early and walk the grounds, see the manta rays after dinner. Or wander the grounds and star-gaze (it was a new moon with great visibility) The daily catch was delicious and filling. The Meyer Lemon Cheesecake was so-so; it was airy and not creamy. It made me wonder if it was from a jello mix, honestly. But I'm from New York so maybe my cheesecake standards are high. The Meyer Lemon was a small layer on top of a regularly flavored cake. Lots of blueberries and strawberries with it was nice. If I went again I would get a more local dessert, which probably plays to their strengths. Complementary valet parking. All in all, a very nice dinner, great service, and a memorable atmosphere."
"Even if you’re not a resort member, you can tell the gate guard you want to have dinner down at Hau tree and they’ll let you through. The only parking is valet, but it is complementary. The Fredrico and Mai tai here are no joke! They are incredibly well made and are perfect to watch the sunset with. The dinner menu was pretty solid, and was pretty tasty, if slightly pricey. Come here for the drinks if nothing else!"
"This place is perfect for lunch during you were at the beach. It’s right on the beach and food are potty good! We went a little before 1pm and took the last table. After that, there was a line for tables. It was pretty busy so you need to be a little patient for everything. Service was slow but friendly staff, good food and most importantly you are on vacation so we can do slow once in a while!"
"Great option for a romantic dinner and not too expensive. The sunset views were great and the service was wonderful. Some notes- the Ahi sashimi was cut too thick, should have been thinner. The short ribs were sweet (not my favorite). The fish tacos were good, but not amazing. The best part of the meal were the popsicles!!! You should get the coconut ice cream popsicle- it was delicious!!"
