Geste Shrimp Truck

"If you love spicy food, shrimp and mac cheese. Just try their shrimp. This was one of the and few good food we had durimg our trip. Highly reccommed."

"Ths food truck is in a food truck „park“ with about 10 other trucks. I think they might all be delicious but we only ate at Geste. There is another park on same street and side about 100yards down we did not explore. This one is directly across if the Costco gas station immediately at that T intersection. There are about 15 picnic tables. Need to share tables with others. We ordered Hawaiian scampi and spicy pineapple. I think the Hawaii scampi is at least 4.5 stars perfect fresh shrimp We ordered extra crab Mac the crab Mac 3 stars was only ok. I was expecting heaven. It’s not very special. Still tasty. We also ordered spicy pineapple that one was a bit less delish but still tasty maybe 3.75 stars. I think it had the garlic scampi base then added pineapple sirracha somehow I didn’t find the total combination go that well together, hence lower rating."

"Ate here when we landed and before we left! Love this place so much, definitely the best shrimp we’ve had on Maui and Oahu and worth the stop! Got the Hawaiian and Spicy Pineapple shrimp, both are fantastic! Great portions, great flavor and I love the crab Mac salad’s subtle flavor, it’s not too overwhelming, creamy or heavy. This is cash only, and there is not ATM on site, but there are gas stations and stores around you can stop at on your way. This is also a food truck park, but it’s set up well, always have tables available, covered seating and I love all the chickens running around!"

"This place was recommended in several YouTube videos! And trust me they are not wrong. Absolutely loved the Shrimps! Never tasted Shrimps so fresh and tasty. I went there several times in my single trip to Maui. We tried Hot & Spicy Shrimp plate which comes with sides of steamed rice and crab salad, Spicy Pineapple Pupus and Pepper Lemon Shrimp plate. Definitely recommend this food truck for some juicy shrimps….CASH ONLY"

"Tried the hot & spicy and asked for extra spice. $18/plate and it’s cash only. $2/ea for additional shrimp. Pretty decent flavor and better priced than some of the trucks I tried and also given larger portion of shrimp (12). Was not a fan of the imitation crab mac salad. The shells are kept on so kind of a messy meal — would be better if shrimp were peeled to better absorb the sauce/spices."
