"This review is long overdue. Ryan and Jon helped curate a very special menu and surprise date for my fiancée (now wife) and I’s engagement in Hana. I cannot express how FRESH and DELICIOUS the food was. Our six-course meal (on-site sourced and locally sourced) was set underneath a private cover decorated with local flowers at their farm which felt like a botanical garden!!! It truly was a little “taste” of heaven. Aside from being masters of their craft, Ryan and Jon were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and are overall just great human beings. So thank you again Ryan and Jon for the best dining experience of our lives! We definitely recommend Chef Minded Farms and hope to be back someday!!!"
