"A bunch of teenagers who have zero ethic run this place. I’ve come multiple times in the past few months and they have gotten progressively worse. They open at 11 am but all the lights are off at that time with a few workers standing in the corner of the restaurant while there are at least three parties standing outside the doors. They don’t open on time, they don’t take your orders (insist you have to order online for pickup to dine in in store), and they just don’t care. Last time I came the worker who cashed us out at the register didn’t utter a single word to me. No greeting, no thank yous, just pointing and handing me the receipt with a grumpy expression the whole time. If you’re going to open late due to other reasons than disrespect for customers and a lack of work ethic or care for the company, at least explain to the four groups outside waiting for a table to expect an estimated wait time. Yuck!"

"They have a new system so you have to use your own phone to order and not the devices at the table. Part of our order didn't come out but was rectified when we rang for service. Average sushi."

"Awesome experience! We arrived at around 8 - and they stopped the waitlist right after us. We waited around an hour. It was well worth it though! The sushi is extremely High quality, the food arrives in an instant, and there’s a ton of options. Prices are reasonable. The ordering experience is completely unique and worth trying."
