"We didn’t come in time to take a tour, but we bought some delicious tropical fruit in the shop (best pineapple deal on the island for a Maui Gold!) and after dinner enjoyed walking the grounds and looking at all the vintage machinery and different kinds of fruit growing, such a beautiful, peaceful setting."

The guided tour provided insight into the island's rich history and traditional cultivation methods. During the tour, we were introduced to a coconut husking demonstration, a glimpse of the work of a local artist, and a lesson on a few words from the Hawaiian language. The on-site restaurant, Café O’Lei at the Plantation, complements the overall experience with a delectable menu featuring locally sourced ingredients against Maui’s tropical ambiance. The meal we had here was delectable. The establishment strikes a harmonious balance between informative exploration, culinary indulgence, and cultural enrichment. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly and knowledgeable staff created a memorable experience for us."

"Cafe o’Lei was such a beautiful place to have dinner. We had a party of 19 kids and adults, the food was excellent even for a big group like ours. The servers were kind, funny and attentive. We will try to come back for lunch before we leave the island. Also, the ground is well manicured and designed. Lots of photo opportunities. Overall, a wonderful experience."

"Great views, great food. Great service. 2nd best on the entire island. Best in price class bar none. Seriously, do not sleep on this place. It's amazing. Only thing better on the Island is Mama's Fish house, and it's going to cost ya 3-5x more, then add valet only parking, and difficult to get reservations. (Great place as well, all those things are justified. Go to both!)"
