"Literally the best food we have had during our stay on Maui. Better than MFH, which we can say with confidence as we ate there twice. Every single thing we ate was absolutely phenomenal and we will be going back AT LEAST twice before we leave. The smoked chicken was so crispy on the outside and I didn't have to work to get all the meat off the bone, it just fell right off. The Kalua pork was EXACTLY what you want from pulled pork, teeny bit of heat balanced perfectly by the coconut rice. The brisket melts in your mouth. We are not huge pork belly fans but being a BBQ truck, we had to try it....also phenomenal. The fern salad is indescribable. The coconut rice is sticky like sushi rice and flavored to perfection- not sweet or overly coconutty, balanced all the meats perfectly. The cornbread with guava butter was a perfect way to finish the meal. The green tea is also lovely, I don't like sweet drinks and it was only sweetened just enough to take the bitterness out of the green tea. 100000/10 would recommend, I love food and my husband laughed at me because I almost started crying when we were eating because it was so good. Oh, and lastly! THE PEOPLE!!! So so so so so nice, chill, helpful. Ugh I wish I could take this place and it's people home with us!!!"
