"I asked for a mocha creamaccino. What I got was obviously not that. I stood in line for 10 mns to tell them and the gal at the counter held it up to who I think was the manager. She rudely said she will have to wait. Ten minutes later we asked where it was and lady said some problem with the machine. So instead of telling me right away or refunding my money she gave my vanilla slop with some chocolate syrup. It was a mess. Do not go here! They are slow and have attitude plus this is downright unacceptable especially it costing over $5!"
