The menu changes regularly based on seasonal ingredients, but recent offerings have included dishes like Foie Gras Mousse Crostini, Yellowfin Sashimi, and Australian Lamb Rib Chop. The tasting menu ranges from $230 to $300, with wine and wine flights available for an additional cost. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with 48 hours' notice.

"I rarely write reviews but I made an exception for nylos. This is one of the most special dining experiences I’ve had in my life. Every course you eat is so complex and using the best high quality ingredients available. My wife and I ate at some of the most popular restaurants all across Hawaii, but this restaurant takes the cake. The owners are a husband and wife team and couldn’t be more delightful people. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fine dining"
"All I can say is run don’t walk to this amazing restaurant!! It’s truly a fantastic dining “experience”, with incredible food and terrific service. To be able to interact with Chef Jeremy, and have him describe the fantastic dishes he is preparing right in front of you was so enjoyable. We really loved the chill vibe atomosphere and listening to the classic rock music while enjoying dinner. We will without a doubt return here every time we come back to Maui!!"
