"For the most part, this location is pretty good. The reason I am giving it such a low review is that it seems to be stuck in the past. For whatever reason, mobile ordering is not available. In 2023. I can understand 20, 10, maybe even 5 years ago, not having mobile ordering available. But we are almost 20 years past the first iPhone, and smart devices becoming the rule as opposed to the exception. And just 1 year shy of a decade from when mobile ordering started to take off. How does a major fast food chain location NOT have mobile ordering in this day and age?"
"They totally messed up our order and gave us an attitude when we requested what we ordered. We couldn’t eat our food after that because it was obvious these employees have a system or code for people who complain. It was crazy obvious! The manager witnessed everything and should be fired. Just trash."
