"They are friendly and have great food and pastries. There cinamon roll look amazing, but I for a twist with rasperry that was very good. My bagel with cream cheese and salmon was perfect, very fresh, smooth cream cheese, good portion of fresh salmon, a lot of capers and the slice of tomatoe were thick and veey juicy and fresh. My daughter had the Loco Moco and she said it was a very good one. We sat outside next to garden area they made that was very relaxing."
"We walked here from our condo and had an incredible breakfast. The kids were begging to go back every day for more. Ordering is done on entry and food is brought to the table. The host was incredibly friendly, upbeat and had a great sense of humour. We all enjoyed the macadamia nut and banana pancakes. I’m still craving them!"
"Corn beef loco moco was amazing! The portion was huge, enough for another meal. No frills, the restaurant is mainly self service. Order and pay first, then grab an open table. It can be hard to find a table when it's busy. Sharing tables with others is recommended. Love the expansive menu with sweet and savory items, can't wait to try other items!"
"If you have never eaten at either Kihei Caffe's you will be more than pleased with the food you get here. There french toast with banana and macadamia nuts is simply phenomenal!. The views here are good (were in Hawaii so how bad can they be) and the staff is friendly."
"Kihei Caffe took me by surprise in a big way. It’s on the property of the Maui Coast Hotel and I didn’t realize this was one of several locations. This particular location has a small group of hard working and friendly people dishing out some incredible food. During our trip, we ate here for breakfast several times and missed it after we left Maui. Everything was well executed and consistent between several visits. They have fresh squeezed juices and this was my first time trying POG juice and I absolutely loved it. A winning combination through and through. We tried the malasadas which were perfectly fried and still fluffy. The massive cinnamon roll was no joke, perfectly balanced with and a requirement as far as I’m concerned. The Breakfast burrito has a nice warmed tortilla and is filled with eggs and potatoes and it was fresh and tasty. I loved the spicy guac they give you on the side. I loved the loco moco with kalua pork over fried rice. The egg was a perfect sunny side up and was delicious when mixed with the rice. It was well seasoned and a wonderful combination. The surfer dude sandwich was a smashing success between the brioche roll, bacon, egg, and cheese. One of the days I opted to do the waffle version of the breakfast sandwich and it did not disappoint."
