"I love Chick and happy to have one here on Maui. They've been great ever since opening with the exception one day. I bit into my sandwich and tasted an awful burned flavor. Opened the bun up to find a bunch of black, burned particles of I don't know what. See photo. Far below Chick standards."

"Worst experience for dive thru 1 line super backed up. Only one employee taking orders outside and a zillion minions inside. It was infuriating to watch 3 adult managers in a sea of workers and they be so much disorganization. The pick up lane was under utilized, they should walk pick up out to cars alert via text and use two lanes to order. 25 minutes for grilled nuggets, 2 orders of fries and lemonade, unacceptable."

"I was so glad to find Chickfila in Maui because there’s no Chickfila in Oahu(where I live) except for in food court. We loved how clean and spacious this restaurant was and how kind the staffs were. Food was of course good, and I especially love how they packed the sauces."

"Very crowded place. I suggest using their mobile order via their website. Although they have a long lineup, we got our order within 10 minutes and got a table (very difficult to get) within another 10 minutes. Their table service includes given you a marker, how they distinguish them is unknown. There is no numbers lol. We got 3 combo meals for $47 dollars, and we could finish them off. The food was delicious."

"Oh the dream is a reality. I really love Chick-fil-A. I am so glad it is here in Hawaii. We walked in and were greeted by a really friendly fellow. He welcomed us and was very helpful. We ordered and had a lovely time there. My brother loved it so much. They checked on us refilled our drinks and even brought us samples of the sauces... which were tasty. Totally awesome! The food was out in a timely manner, and it got busy after we arrived. The decor was beautiful!. It was clean and many workers there made the process smooth. I think the hardest part was choosing the food since we were so indecisive. But was super satisfied in the end."
