"I purchased a 10 pound roll of Flux Core wire and 5 4 1/2 inch cut off disks. They charged me an 18% hazardous waste fee. I'm not sure how welding wire and disks are hazardous waste. The Airgas invoice says the hazardous waste charge is not a government fee or tax. It's imposed by Airgas and all the money collected can be used by Airgas for any purpose. So it's just a way for Airgas to increase their profits."

"They will flat out lie to you to get you to buy extra stuff or stuff you don't need. They prey on the people that are novice . THIS PLACE IS A LAST RESORT ONLY PLACE. I'll give you an idea how this place is. A friend of mine went there to get welding rods for a welder he was going to buy. And the the manager mark , told them that it was a bad deal and convince them out of that deal and tried to talk him into buying a welder that was about five times more expensive than the good deal that he was going to get. That confused him and he end up losing out on the deal that originally had. So the end of the story is these guys will pull out any stop to make a sale. So avoid this place like the plague if you can"

"This was my first experience with Airgas. I was a little doubtful when I arrived to have a new vehicle air conditioning hose for a vintage vehicle repaired. After a few questions regarding the hose and application Ron Abilay said he would try to have it completed by the afternoon. Again I was doubtful but to my surprise and pleasure I received a text around noon advising me my new hose was ready. Good Job!!"

"Don't let the guy who fills your tank put the plug in. He basically jammed it in ours and nearly ruined the tank trying to get it out. He was fast to say he's not responsible rather than trying to help out. Guys a total tool bag! Service is slow but friendly other than Mr. toolbag"

"Super pricey, but the guys are nice there. For some reason, they've got an old invoicing system where they have to print out carbon copies of every little purchase. They can't just scan something and take a quick payment. Because of this, it always takes a while to get in and out."
