"The food is pretty good, especially the fish tacos that were swordfish tonight. The beer is OK. The view is very nice. The serving staff that came on at 4:30 were very good. The bartender who was there at 3:30-5:00 was an unhappy man and let it be known. In contrast to eating at Hula Grill or Leilani’s close by, Maui Brewing will give only a partial parking validation, to be completed by “the hotel front desk”. We parked at The Sheraton, who then said they had no relationship with Maui Brewing. That extra walk and wait for an attempt at parking ticket validation was enough reason to go somewhere else next time."

"We have been there twice (November 2023 and again February 2024). The location is amazing. The manager and our server Holly were also amazing. Unfortunately, they have yet to get things dialed in. Took forever to get our appetizer. Then they toot our food orders to other tables and then back to the kitchen before bringing it to us ice cold. They took my burger back- apparently to cook me a new one but it took my medium paddy to overdone. I get that things have been difficult since the fire and I am totally empathetic but I feel like they should have been able to get things sorted out by now."

"We shared the burger and both had side salads and root beer. The burger was exceptional. Root beer was hand crafted, smooth and full of flavor. The salad had super fresh vegetables and was a solid portion. The view of the ocean is gorgeous"

"Only been open since about September 2023 - took over a restaurant that went out of business. It’s on the Kaanapali beachwalk and the grounds of the Outrigger Kaanapali Beach Hotel. Great location, service & staff - beach & water views; no TVs. Good beer & full kitchen. Hours may be limited as they are just getting going after the fire."
