"Tried to drop my keys off one morning for my appt.. service manager just starts mouthing off to me because I walked in the door before 7am(when they open) I just wanted to put my keys in a drop box(I have a job to get to as well!)… next day I receive a text that my vehicle is ready. They claimed to have called and texted the day before, they didn’t. Super unprofessional. Go somewhere that respects your choice to use them."
