"Solely based on service. We never got to try their coffee...waited 20+ minutes for someone on a "bathroom break" (per a note taped to the window). The truck was empty with no one to help. Called the number on the trailer and we were told we should keep waiting. We eventually decided to leave. As we left a Kraken employee drove up and waved bye to us. Bad first experience."
