"The poke was fresh but lacked ingredients. It was a little too simple so some of the flavor was limited."

"This was a disappointing experience. We ordered calamari, fish tacos and the thai dragon shrimp dish. Upon ordering we were told they were out of rice (who runs out of rice?) so we'd instead get a side salad with the thai dragon shrimp. What we did get was shrimp with tails/shell on, drizzled with the dressing which was on your hands by the time you peeled the shrimp, leaving the bed of lettuce beneath the shrimp dry and tasteless. The calamari was very sub-par as were the plentiful but disappointing fries that came with. The tacos were unimaginative with dry fish and bland flavor. Choose another truck."

"Have been a return customer to Hooked & always love their fish & chips. Very disappointed this time…we were 1st to order after opening for dinner. It was obvious the fish was pre-cooked/prepared & held…barely warm & not “fresh” at all. Always loved how fresh it was & worth the wait to cook…not this time :("

"Everyone considers themselves the experts on “food”…I am not by no means. The traditional Poke Bowl is definitely fresh on the ahi side of things, which is complimented by a generous mix of garlic and sesame, including lengthy onion strips mixed into the Ahi. The white rice was of course very consistent and not hard at all; easily mix to enjoy! The flavors were not over the top empowering as had hoped, but the fresh quality cannot be stated enough. Fish & Chips was a long miss from quality as the fish was spongy and the batter was undercooked….one of the more unpleasant eats I am afraid, even if you have never had such a dish before. Service was average, but the food time was enjoyable and we were eating before other people that ordered at other food trucks. DISCLAIMER: Again, be ready to pay Maui prices and don’t be shocked when you see them. You will spend hours trying to find a “cheaper option” to no avail….pick places by their reviews, not the pricing in my opinion."

"Staff was super nice. The wait for our food wasn’t long. The fish and chips (fries) were divine. 2 of us got the fish tacos, neither of us loved them. We ate them but wouldn’t order them again. Makes for a fun evening, so check out the food truck park."
