"Hartford insurance has been unpleaseant to work with. There client hit us so Hartford was supposed to set a rental car up for us. They did with the wrong claim number. So we couldn’t get a rental car!!! So thank you Chris Arra on MLK day when you’re not open to fix it!!!! I have a suggestion have some work that day to fix your screw up."
"HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I have a worker's comp claim and they are despicable people. I have open medical for an accident 25 years ago and they refuse to pay for anything. The case manager, adjusters and supervisors don't call back. They pawn your case off to others, they make you find all the information they are supposed to have on file, then expect you to pay for the medical files because the company is cheap. The few people that answer the repeated calls don't know anything to help you settle or get medical help. WORST COMPANY, BAD MANAGEMENT AND UNFEELING WORKERS."
