"Straight up thieves. Not a better word in the dictionary. We could add liar cuz they tell you the fee cost so much a day and if you added up yourself and when you're ready to pick up your car they'll skyrocketed it over three times the price charging you thousands of dollars to ever get your car back. Especially if it's a nicer model that they would like to keep. Currently filing a lawsuit against them I highly recommend using any other possible service. Keep in mind if HPD calls the tow company in kohala area. Due to you being in an accident. This is likely going to be the one to pick up the car. I would make sure you have AAA and tow it home. Thieves, cons, crooks, and liars,! If you do get your car back. Check and make sure it still has its catalytic converter!"

"Before you call them you need to realize it's not going to cost you $150 dollars. It's hard to believe but if they tow your car just 20 minutes away they charge $800. Please Beware!!!"

"The staff at Cartow are amazing, We stopped in Hawai for a few minutes and when we went back to our rental vehicle it was gone. Cartow not only was able to track down the towing company that took our vehicle by mistake but they let us wait at their shop until our vehicle was returned. Even stayed way past closing time to make sure we were ok. They are the best!"
