Reviews
"AVOID! This was literally the worst dining experience that I have ever had the displeasure of enduring. Like the place is called Kailua Plate Lunch so I was not really even expecting all that much, and yet still I was devastatingly disappointed. I legit wanted to cry as me and my family left to go back to the home we shouldn't have left. This place felt like a low effort scam. Dining room is just a bunch of fold out chairs and tables covered in tacky red checker picnic table cloths located next to a bowling alley in a basement that had exposed pipes on the ceiling and plastered walls. When we finally ordered almost every item we asked the server about was met with "well we are out of this ingredient or this thing but we can still make the dish without it" and then once the fruit salad came out it was missing even more varieties of fruit than even the server had said when we ordered it. He said that they ran out of papaya and one other thing, he came out with a bowl of pineapple, melon, and cantaloupe 3/7 of the fruits listed on the menu printed right in front of me. Like how tf do you manage to run out of fruit??? I know it's a relatively small thing but that's the point, no restaurant worth it's while is going to run out of fruit of all things. Don't call yourself a restaurant if you aren't going to treat it or run it like one. Very unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and go eat literally anywhere else. (L&L is a way better alternative and I hate L&L too)"
