"As shown in the picture, it clearly says NO WHiP & COCONUT MILK. So in basic common sense class that is pretty self explanatory for a dairy alert. The fact that these people put whipped cream in there isn’t the issue. It’s that they didn’t even have the decency to remake the drink after making a mistake but instead adding more coffee and a wild amount of caramel on top to hide the mistake. Please do better! There’s a reason some people make certain modifications. And this isn’t the first mishap, it’s just the first review ."
