"I don't understand why this place gets such high reviews... We went there based on Google reviews, and honestly, we were not impressed. We ordered garlic shrimps, guava bbq chicken, and french fries. Everything was deep fried, and the food was very heavy on the stomach (fries was good, though). The portions were huge. We ate just half of what we ordered, and it was enough for my husband to feel sick the whole night after. Wouldn't recommend if you want to feel good during your vacation."

"This place was yummy came here three times and it doesn’t disappoint. We had the pork belly buns and those just melt in your mouth. They had a tofu soba noodles that was so yummy yum. The garlic shrimp is better than the shrimp trucks. It was made to perfection. The guava garlic chicken was delicious thighs. The oyster shooters were okay but I wouldn’t get them again. The pastele nachos was a good portion and the pastele was yummy yum. The only thing the chips were alittle soft but we are in Hawaii. His place is packed for dinner so you’ll need to make reservations in advance."

"My cousin recommended this place. We abdolutely loved the laid back atmosphere and the live music. The food, many pork options and we enjoyed the family style eating. In addition to the belly pork bao the pickled onion was on spot!"
