"I had the best experience possible with this location of Miu Miu. While on vacation for my wedding and birthday, they truly made it an extra magical shopping experience. I felt welcomed and my shopping assistant Hiroko was knowledgeable and professional. I bought an amazing pair of shoes, and when I got home I realized they fit a little too snug for comfort. I live in AZ where we don't have a local Miu Miu for returns. Hiroko assisted me with the exchange and went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible. Thank you!"

"Terrible.Really nice UNTIL you find out employees talk behind customer's back. Hawaii is very small. I was super irritated to hear my friend's friend, who work there, tell me IN PERSON how he and everyone at the store know me by my name cuz I "always come but never buy". 8pairs of shoes 1yr, other shoes I tried to buy were out of size but still $8000 not enough?? Smart shopper supposed to buy after seeing something at least three times but they expect you to spend at least $1000 per every visit and buy on first sight. I was too irked about what I heard, so on sale day(Nordstrom which I love doesnt carry miumiu so I had no choice but to come here again and waikiki miumiu employees are evn worse) I felt pressured to buy stuff I saw first sight, bought and regretted because no return policy. Too stupid of me to have been there in the first place!!!"
