"The place is very good but their service is terrible customer service when it comes to asking for spicy sauce or their famous teriyaki sauce, you ask them for a sauce and they want to give it to you poorly. I bought three dishes and only one dish asks for teriyaki chicken. and they only gave me one because the other dishes didn't have teriyaki chicken and if I wanted I had to pay extra for that and the spicy sauce they only gave me one and I asked for more they ignored me so as not to give me more I come from Las Vegas and at no time did they mean denied sauces on the contrary they offer me as a client one expects the best expectations and the manager is also terrible at resolving situations of this type so the client that is something so simple and customer service rating 0% I hope they draw the attention of their staff and improve because one comes to eat at their locations and we pay for that, it is not their free service, thank you, have a good afternoon."
