Reviews of Drincup Cafe
"this place is so fast and the rep that assisted me today was AMAZING!! her customer service is great and she made sure we were well updated and taken care of. made an order for my office and they are right up the street from us, extremely convenient. 5 stars for sure & will definitely make my way back!"
"Respond to the store: I got more offended after her response. This owner is misunderstanding my review and it looks like she doesn’t want to admit what happened. She mentions about the camera but I didn’t actually step in the store when I tried to question about the drink. When I tried to open the door again, she was on the phone at customer side so I could hear loudly and it was too long to wait. Also please don’t lie…..the table was actually very messy (especially two in the front) and she was chatting very much. The fact was that the drink was not tasty and she acted like I was not there. Who wants to share with the table with strangers and have a seat right next to strangers although she insists there are some seats. Everyone has choice to go if they feel uncomfortable to stay in the store. Her writing way is not nice at all. She offers refund and something else in her response but in very unprofessional way. At least, I felt unwelcome to go back there. How can we come back to if we are visitors in Hawaii and don’t really have time to go back to the store….so I had to leave the reviews. Also you can tell that her saying “it’s awesome!” sounds like very sarcastic…. in her writing way. I use this account only for bad stores to review if she wants to mention it in nasty way. I have another account to give five stars to the other stores. Also I would not have given one star if she at least said “thank you”when she handed the drink to the customer instead of just like throwing it with no appreciation. She should understand that customers can get more awkward to tell her in person if she is aggressive in that way. Customers could tell in person easily if you had more welcoming atmosphere. ⭐︎ I ordered the cookies n cream smoothie. An older female cashier (looks like white lady) had welcoming atmosphere and polite attitude but a young girl (Filipino or local girl?) messed my drink terribly. I ordered less ice but the drink I got tasted just ICE. I am not underrating. It tasted ice. I don’t know why but there was another the cookies n cream on the counter at the same time although there was no customer behind me. They seem not to have online order also. The table was so dirty with employees’ drink, computer and papers so I had to assume that was employees’ drink. I had no table to have a seat so I grabbed it to go. The young girl roughly said that the drink was ready without saying thank you or showing any smile. The drink didn’t taste any vanilla ice cream or any condense milk. Oreo was just tiny portion. It was not sweet at all. Also the drink was very thick. Icy. Tasted like water. I usually don’t prefer to sweet stuff but the drink tasted exactly ice although I even ordered less ice. I went back to the store with ice in the cup and tried to ask what’s wrong with that, but the young girl was making phone call with very loud voice by her mobile phone so I couldn’t even ask. The both of workers were very chatting to customers so I was uncomfortable to cut in. If I could get refund, I would like to. I don’t mean to criticize but the drink was really bad quality. I have worked as a barista and been employed at ice cream shop before and I can tell she made the drink wrong. She forgot to put something (syrup? ) or didn’t reduce the ice level at all."
"This is the best boba shop that I have ever been to. The service is amazing. The atmosphere is amazing. The boba is amazing, obviously. My favorite worker would have to be one of the owners, Ms. Kayla. I just pray that this business continues to grow!"
"Awesome boba shop! The lychee iced tea with strawberry popping boba was fire! Great staff service too"
"This is the place I can break break with my loved ones and drink up! Lol ten out of ten I love this place and the workers here."
