"So fluffy and delicious!!! Such a cute little cafe. Only 6 chairs inside and it takes about 15 minutes for your pancakes to be ready, but so worth it!!!"

"We came here with low expectations since it was a last minute find with our fluffy soufflé pancakes cravings. This spot only seats about 4-5 people so it is tiny — we got lucky to find two seats to enjoy our soufflé pancakes there. We opted to try the pineapple and mango li hing one with a matcha latte (50% sweetness). The fluff was great and freshly warm — I’m surprised it came out so quickly too. I like the eggy taste in the pancakes so it was great. Make sure each bite is smothered in the mango and li hing sauce to have the best bite each time. The matcha drink was also delicious with actual matcha flavor and not too sweet. It helped balance the soufflé since it was sweet, so the drink being lighter in sweetness was perfect. It was a total around $19. There’s a parking lot you need to pay for behind the shop, but they validate for 20 minutes if you can get there and eat within that timeframe, and even if you go over, it’s only $1 per 20 minutes."

"First, info: There are 5 seats in here. 3 and 2. I imagine most people get it to go. It takes around 15 minutes to get your soufflé pancakes of there are no orders ahead of you. Review: I've never had anything quite like these pancakes. So light and airy, you don't even need to chew. They were delicious. We got the mango and the coconut. Both outstanding. The coconut had a bit more subtle flavor, but I'd be happy with either one. The staff was very polite and attentive, you couldn't ask for better service. The only downside to this place would be is that it has very limited seating. I'd go again tomorrow if I wasn't leaving today."

"This place is cloud-licious... The souffle pancakes are well worth the price... These fluffy delights will definitely fill you up. My favorite so far is the *Brown Sugar* Tried the Carmel macchiato, got the normal sugar level and I got to say that was way too sugary.... Just heads up you can change the sugar level But like many reviews there are only two tables, but both times I've been there I've been lucky enough to get a spot... The staff is also super friendly Highly recommend 10 out of 10"

"This place was the highlight of my most recent trip to Oahu. I love souffle pancakes but can never easily find them on the mainland. I was so excited to see a whole cafe dedicated to them. They did NOT disappoint at all, literally melted in my mouth. The first time I went I got the macadamia pancakes (my fav) and then came back to try the mango and Oreo flavors. All were carefully crafted and cooked with love. The owners are the sweetest people and I will definitely be back!! PS the chocolate castella cake is out of this world. Thank you Anna!!!! ❤️"
