"Just left after trying to exchange an outfit for something else. It was a gift so I didn’t have the receipt. I knew the store because the outfit I wanted to exchange was the same exact outfit in the display window. I also knew the chances of them saying no was high since I didn’t have a receipt. What I didn’t expect was such rude behavior from the business owner. A simple “sorry miss you don’t have a receipt so we can’t do an exchange” would have sufficed. Instead she acted super exasperated and annoyed and was pretty dramatic, which really embarrassed me. I didn’t try to say anything back so I don’t understand why she approached me in such a manner. Terrible customer service. No need to be so condescending."
