Jack in the Box

"Updated my rating due to remodel. looks nice. It's a Jack's location. It is located conveniently on the corner with a decent sized parking lot. Food was consistent and well prepared as you would expect. As with most of the Hawaii locations, it could do with a remodel. Staff was helpful, and my mobile order was done correctly, so that was good. Coupons and mobile discounts were all applicable, so bonus, unlike other national chains that have coupons, apps, and discounts that don't work in Hawaii. Will be back."

"Theres 3 employees working, and when u go through the drive through, they say you can only order online, But we're watching them sit outside and smoke cigarettes. Do the buttons on the computer not work?"

"I hadn't eaten at one in over 30 years, so I didn't know what to expect. The food was good. We came by at the very end of the day, so the chicken was a little tough. I'm sure it would have been a lot better earlier in the day. The sauce was amazing, but they were out of the one that went with my sandwich. Again, it was very late."
