I sat by the entrance & there was confusion about waiting to be seated & seating yourself. People waited in line while others just walked I. So, I unfortunately, heard a lot of grumbling & complaints You order food & pay on an app & food is brought to you by a waitress"

"I had a couple of hours to kill before my flight, so I stopped in here to get one last vegetarian meal. The ladies working the bar mid day November 11, 2023 were exceptional and provided outstanding service. Because of them I will return next time I’m at Honolulu airport."

"I was thinking about using their self checkout store. Seems like a good concept for quick service. Unfortunately, there were no prices posted for any items. I had to assume the items were ridiculously priced. They must be saving a lot on labor, so why not give the prices? The sit down area next door did not have any prices posted either. Even their menu did not have many prices listed. No surprise that this is run by HMS Host. Their business model is grab a captive market so they can charge whatever. HNL needs to put some other vendors nearby to give some competition."

"Very good Poke bowl (just don't look at the price). Decent drinks for an airport spot, service was pretty quick and the staff was all friendly and mindful that folks are moving through in a jiffy usually on the way to a flight."
