"Great food, great place, good prices. Definite must if you are around Aiea."
"This place is defintely for poke lovers and hawaiian flavors. I stopped in looking to try some poke nachos. Its a poke lovers dream. They have a wonderful selection of poke, the lobster poke was amazing. I wanted to buy a cook book; but they were out. The owner gave me the display book on the house. He noticed i was a chef based on my tattoos, which led to us having a great conversation. Chef is a 30 year veteran of the Hawaiian food scene, owning a fine dining establishment then moving into his current location. A great man with a great vision. I highly reccoment taking a trip out to his place and enjoying the selection of food offered. You will not be dissappointed. Mahalo"
"Yummy Poke! Fresh catch not frozen so you pay market price per 4 Oz. Minimum. Lau Lau lunch plate was fire!! It had Lomi Lomi, Lau Lau with salmon belly, Kalua pork (best ever!), rice and Mac salad. Classic lunch plate but sooo delicious!"
"Have tried several of the dishes here, all are pretty good. Their poi is one of the best I've ever had. You can tell the fish they use for their poke is fresh and not previously frozen. Poke that was frozen before has a weird chewy texture, which the poke here does not have. Not too many places in Aiea have the fresh poke. The only downside is that they close too early. Would be nice if they could stay open until 7pm since I don't get home until nearly 6pm, which is their current closing time."
"A bit pricey for the amount of poke you get in each dish but well worth it given the freshness and flavor. The poke nachos are different than anything I've had before and are a must try. The full order allows a choice of two poke flavors and uses fried wonton chips in place of tortilla chips. The best deal on the menu is probably the poke bowls. Make sure to get the dirty rice. I promise you won't regret it!"
