"A restaurant in the airport gate c. Very pleasant ambiance . Our server Isabela is very accommodating and service with a smile. I ordered loco moco, i like the texture and the taste was just perfect. If ever i will fly out frm Honolulu airport again i will make sure to have my meal here again before flying out to Canada."

"I’d avoid if you’re looking for any semblance of niceties unless you know exactly what you want upon seating. I grabbed a few things at the grab and go and went to sit down and get situated against the back booth. Almost instantly when I sat down the server approached me and asked if I was going to be eating there. I pointed to their grab and go and said I had just purchased items and was told that I was in the wrong area turned tail and walked off. Not a problem at all I was thinking of grabbing a drink before my flight took off anyway. I went to scan the menu and while looking at the drinks the server came back and asked if I was going to order something. I turned my phone and said yes I’m looking at drinks. Mind you his establishment has online ordering so I’m not sure why she was so focused on me ordering immediately. At that point I changed my mind. Id only been there for 2-3 minutes too and felt gross about giving them my money. I did see to the manager and told her that her staff could be a bit more welcoming when someone sites down, but based on her smirk I’m sure she’s happy with their lack of customer service. Too bad. It’s a beautiful spot but not welcoming at all. I’ll be back in 3 months and will just enjoy the shops and Sammy’s instead."

"As in any airport, food is overpriced. However, we didn’t even get what we ordered. We asked for the stir fry noodle with blackened mahi and we got the grilled mahi mahi (with rice). When we told the waitress she said that it was the dish that came with the mahi mahi (rice and not noodle). She doesn’t even know the menu of the restaurant she works at.. anyway, there aren’t that many options in that part of the airport and that’s the only reason we went there."

"An airport resident. We had some time to kill till the next flight, so naturally we hit the bar. It is a nice bar as long as the airport bar goes. Have everything you would expect from a airport bar. Their food looked good but unfortunately we are full after 5 hours of airplane flight, didn’t order anything. They have typical bar food plus poke bowl and the similar dishes. Beer selection on tap was good. You can have Real Kona Brewing’s beer here. (The ones in the mainland are made by Anhauser Bush in the mainland."
