"Upon entry, waitress was nice. She went and got someone to take our order. There was no one waiting there for customers. Once she got there. She kept her back to us the whole time. She wasnt pleasant like we were disturbing her. Place was empty, so I dont understand. We ordered classic burger with fries. The burger to bun proportion was definitely off. Burger was flavorless and dry. They gave me the whole head of lettuce and huge onions that overpowered the taste. I also orded French toast combo and oreo waffle combo. The French toast should have had turkey bacon, but had pork. My salad came with no dressing. We had one cup of syrup for two meals. We typically love IHop but this was a fail."

"My wife and I went to iHop today because she likes iHop. I like dennys better and today jsut proved why Dennys is better. We went to I hop and got talked to by a host after waiting 5 minutes and she acted like didn't care about her job or customers. But then we got seated!!! ONLY TO WAIT 25 minutes. No waitress. No water. No nothing. The worse part is that the resturant was empty. Only had two other groups of 5 and 3 eating but they had 6 workers going around or sitting in the back doing nothing...literally NOTHING!! So we were irritated and I said okay let's jsut leave. Then my wife said we should try wait another 5 minutes so we did. Then we started leaving and someone said "oh you haven't been served"? Who sat you guys down? And we described the hostess and then she yelled across the restraunt to ask who did it and they all replied immaturely and deflected and said not me and stuff like that. So we decided to just leave. Terrible service. And now we are at Dennys who is way better. And I prove I'm right to my wife for once HAHA! Jk but seriously don't go to iHop. They should their name to uWait"

"Waimalu location opened back up last year. Like the convenience, parking and proximity to home. Got the BLT with onion rings. Used a gift card from my credit card. Tip was larger than what we ended up paying. App had free large stack which we shared. Great deal all the way around."

"Food was very good. Tasted like home cooked. Service was backed up but waitress kept checking on us. When it takes a long time they should give you free coffee."
