"Hawaiian and Puerto rican food joint located in the Waimalu Shopping Center in Aiea. Havent dined in but always take out for lunch since the work crew likes this place. Great since they open early and always friendly on the phone. Hawaiian laulau with beef stew and the patele with gandule rice and bacalao salad are my go to orders."

"Just got 2 pastele plates this week. Price increased almost $2 per plate. I can understand that but the pasteles were dry and had few olives. I also got a side order pastele which was also dry. Don’t know if they got a different pastele vendor or recipe changed? Great service though. Shucks, I guess I need to go elsewhere to get my pasteles."

"It was a place we wanted to try and it was good. The tripe stew combo with laulau was ono with plenty tripe. Laulau was good size wirh the chili pepper water. The wife had the beef stew combo with pastele. Was decent she said.....lol. Service was good, with free refills on soda."
