"Ordered online. Out of 7 items ordered, 3 were incorrect and 1 not delivered at all. Of the 3 incorrect, one taco was put unwrapped into the bag. So 3 correct items ordered in all."

"I order online using the app after checking online the business hours which say they close at 10pm. once i arrive there at 8:05 pm, the doors are locked and it takes me 4 attempts to get in touch with somebody after calling the store. Then they tell me their dining room closes at 8 pm instead of 10 pm but haven't updated their hours or have any business hours posted on the front door or window reflecting that. im told they are not "allowed" to open the doors after 8pm even for an online order and they are not able to cancel an order on their end, instead i have to call a 1 800 number to get in touch with somebody who can process a refund for me. mind you, the drive thru line is very long, well past popeyes and hardly moving. long story short, the manager/owners need to be held accountable for giving people inaccurate information and not doing their part in practicing good community service. i sat in that drive thru line after having to circle around the block for an hour 15 minutes."

"We paid $2 extra to have Chipotle sauce on our chicken chalupas and they left it off. This is the SECOND TIME this has happened. They even wrote "Chip" on the wrapper this time and still no sauce. What is happening in that kitchen?! The food tastes good, I'm just feeling very ripped off. They've gotten $4 out of me for free. Not cool Taco Bell!"
