"Another McDonald’s that has no fries. And all I ordered was 1 French fries. Gotta pull up to number 3 and wait for some fries. What’s the point of a drive thru? Might as well call it the order and wait in the car."

"I go to this one often because I work in the airport area. Every time I go the workers are always grouchy and giving attitude. No matter how nice you are when ordering, there always very rude and abrupt. I went there yesterday and ordered, and when I pulled up to the pay window, I guess a manager was the closest to the window, she ignored my presence for a solid four minutes. I had ordered and paid on the app and I was forced to sit there. After this manager finally left, the worker behind her came up and apologized. It’s very rare to get a thank you and be talked to nicely. I get it’s a minimum wage job, but you shouldn’t be that miserable."

"My review is based on last night's service. I felt so horrible for the staff on shift, who were totally undermanned. I've never waited an hour for my meal at McDonald's. I was flying out of a terminal nearby and decided this was a quick and easy stop before my flight, WRONG. I'm very disappointed in management and their lack of support for their team. The team consists of young females who are not properly trained and are drowning in orders. They all were very apologetic to all of the patrons for the long wait, but people were cruel and angry at them. I've never witnessed such an intense experience at a McDonald's. I hope district managers and higher management puts more attention into this location as the employees working like deer in headlights desperately need much more support. And thank you to all the sweet young women who did their absolute best and remained courteous and respectful to all. I'm honestly surprised I didn't see one of you walk out."

"Yes, I got there 45 minutes before they close, but there were 15 orders in progress or being served according to their screen. It looked like there was only 3 people working, and they couldn't handle the load. I tried to use the order kiosk but there were no "table tents" that it asked me to scan, anywhere, so I went to the counter. I waited at the counter for my order to be taken for 15 minutes. With this store so close to the airport how can they expect so few people to handle this many customers? Do not recommend ever coming here unless you want to starve yourself. The picture shows nobody at the counters or making food. They also didn't clean any tables the 45 minutes I was there, and nobody emptied the trash in hours. Slow, unsanitary, poor health practice."
