"Had my brake pads replaced only to be told of more brake work and thus more money. Was fixed ok but after a day, the ABS light came on and engaged even at less than 20mph. Went back and was quoted about $1,000. I had my neighbor do it and all he did was take the installed parts off and replace it, worked like a charm. Brake was installed improperly, was the diagnosis of a lot of my friends and neighbors. I avoided a $1,000 bill. I won't go back to them again."

"The staff was extremely friendly and cordial while guiding me to the office. The owner was extremely hospitable, and was able to find the only battery of its kind on island. He also managed to have it delivered to his site for same-day service, and the staff changed it in an expedient manner. The environment is professional, clean, and very inviting - as if youʻre a part of their ʻohana/familia. I will definitely be back, and am extremely pleased to find a reliable company so close to home."

"I will change my review since I spoke with Gabriel and what happened is past. It was a series of unfortunate events that started with a broken tire but I appreciate Gabriel taking the time to talk to me and explain. Things could have been handled differently, but we all learn from that. One advice that I suggest is to always have the information of the car you rent to communicate to them before making any arrangements. Just to make sure everything can work. "My truck needed an oil change bad. Looked/called around and some of the prices were ridiculous. Called Juan's and talked to Gabriel. He explained the price range and why. Made an appointment for latter that day; I was in a 1 out by 1:45. Cost was at the low level and the service was excellent including resetting the electronics and topping off all the fluids. I feel better that I know have a place to bring my vehicles in for service. Highly recommend Juan's."
