"Alongside another newer Italian place (Amalfi), this restaurant replaced Mesa Grill (one our all-time favorites) at Caesars, so we had to give it a try. While it was very tasty, we don’t think it was a better use of the space. First, I’ll say the food is very good. Like 8.5 of 10. The onion soup was classic (tho the crouton had some carbon bitterness (burned?) and was difficult to cut into even after several minutes). The gruyere mac was out of this world. While our brunch orders were pretty run-of-the-mill, each was prepared meticulously (eg poaching an egg is an artform…). The bacon appetizer was a let down - overcooked bacon drizzled in honey with a hint of thyme that combined to taste a little campfire-ish (was excited after having the bacon at Old Homestead last year before it closed). As one might expect at this price point, ingredients were high quality. Service was highly competent and pleasant. It was not necessarily what you might expect at the price point and given the brand, but there was zero to complain about. I did not care for the atmosphere. The lighting was bright and yellowish, and it was quite loud (hard floors, cavernous open room). It felt a bit rushed - definitely not a place to have a relaxing lunch."

"I was absolutely blown away by my experience at The Brasserie. I was greeted in a very cheerful manner by the hostesses and seated by the Maitre d' Edward. His attention to detail and my satisfaction throughout my visit ensures my return. But then there is the food! I ordered 8 oysters. Why 8, because 6 and 12 are just too common, I wanted a unique experience. I asked the wonderful server to mix them.up and he did! The Mignonette was perfect for exciting the oysters. Superbly delicious. For my main course I had the filet. It was beyond words. Perfectly pink on the inside, the outside had a perfect char, the peppercorn sauce it rested on was heavenly. The fries, they were perfectly prepared. The outside was crunchy for a thin layer and the insides soft and warm. I've never had fries cooked that spot on, they were the definition of French Fries. My server brought my a red pepper mayonnaise that really caused the fries to explode with flavor. I must say, highly recommend."

"Had a reservation so we were walked straight to our table. Had a few cocktails which were very good. We shared a salad for an appetizer which was fresh and tasty. We had the pork and the lamb which were both really thick cuts and tasted amazing. Fries were perfectly cooked."

"I had no idea this was going to be one of my best Vegas dining experiences. Cesar and Luis were incredible at the bar. Fantastic martinis. Mind blowing food. Service was just perfect. They’re pros man. Just one of those places that makes you smile. This is why Vegas is so great."

"I passed by and was looking at the menu. The manager came out and started talking with us. He told us they had tables open on a very busy night at Caesars. So, I gave it a try. Candice was our server and she was great. I cannot say enough about how good the Sea Bass was. It was without a doubt the best fish I had ever had. Great seasoning and was cooked to perfection. My wife loved her onion soup and also said the King Crab and the sardines were also great. Bottom line it was a fantastic meal with fantastic service. Everyone was really friendly."
