"The best restaurant I've ever been to. First visit was about 15 years ago, and I returned yesterday. If anything it was better than I remembered. Incredible, perfectly prepared and presented, with a depth of flavor and textural complexity that's both subtle and extravagant and utterly defies description. It's mind blowingly expensive but you get three hours of the very best dining humankind has to offer."

"Expectation and anticipation was high based on it being the only 3 starred Michelin rating restaurant in Vegas. The appetizers and pastries were excellent. I agree with some of the reviews here that the main course was just average. It lacks those wow factors as one would have expected at a Michelin restaurant. It was not a bad experience at all, but it just wasn’t that unforgettable. A very good meal yet it just wasn’t as ‘amazing’ and out of the world as I had hope for."
