"Went here 3 weeks ago to buy some earring to replace a pair that was lost. I needed to get 14k gold because anything under and my ears swell and get red. I asked the lady behind the counter 3 times before purchasing the 2 pairs I got that they were in fact 14k and she said yes and after wearing them for a few days my ears got super itchy and red and I took them out and right on the earring it says 10k. Very disappointed spent about 130 dollars for the sets and not have them be the gold carrot I need. Would not recommend trusting them to know their products."
